pseudo mosh pit?
last Saturday, we went to Captain Blackbird's Pub and this awesome Ramone's cover band was playing.
Here is a not so clear video of Derek and I in our own mosh pit.
Jess and Derek are so raw

Yelle
Call me crazy, but I'm totally into this Yelle chick.
She reminds me of a french, crazy, electrotrash Karen O.... and I'm obsessed with Karen O.
Might have to see Yelle asap.

american idol
So, I'm not big on American Idol... at all. I don't follow it, I never have. If anything, I watched it for the auditions when people would fuck up. You'd think I would be into it, since I sing, but I'm just not into pop music.
Anyway, I'm watching it with my bf's parents and it's "Beatles Night".
Michael Johns (i think that's his name) just sang "Across the Universe" and I think he was fucking phenomenal!
That's a hard song, but he did it up!
